How We Operate - Please take the time to read this...

The majority of our communications, submissions and bookings are done via email and text message. This swift, high speed method of communication ensures a prompt response.  Please remember, we have limited time to submit talent for given jobs and casting directors have limited audition spots SO WE NEED YOUR RESPONSES ASAP! You cannot expect to be successful in this industry if you cannot respond to our requests within the hour.

If you receive a casting notice via email, and you would like to be submitted, please reply back directly to the email. DO NOT call the office... the bookers received your reply and are submitting you for a casting approval. Once the casting director decides who they want to give times to, a booker will contact you with the details.

Whenever you receive an email from us, please read it thoroughly!  This will prevent questions from talent about specifics that are already stated in our original email. We do not have time to repeat ourselves and your email will be discarded. Also, when responding to any email from us, ALWAYS state your FULL AND LAST NAME so we know who we are hearing back from, if we don't know who you are, your email will be discarded.  This is because we have 7000 talent members on our roster, and so we cannot tell who the responding email is from if you don't give us your full name.

If you do not hear back from us about a casting or booking that you were submitted for, this means that you were not selected for the project. We cannot call everyone submitted for bookings to let them know that they were not selected.

Terms / Phrases that we use:

"Can we submit you...?" This means we are checking your availability and interest in a potential booking / casting. If you reply YES, that means you are available for the ALL dates and times listed, and that you are in agreement with all of the terms stated in the request, such as rates, duties, location etc. Once we get your response, with your full name, we will put you in the submission.

If we give you "sides" for the casting, those are your lines.

If we say that you got a "call back", this means the client liked you at the casting and wants to see you again! It is recommended that you wear the same outfit / look for your callback. Do not change what they originally liked or you could loose the gig.

If we say "you are on hold" or "on first option" for a booking, this means that you are to hold the dates of the project open because you are seriously being considered for the booking, however, you are not yet officially booked. Once you are "on hold", if you receive another booking offer, you must notify the agency immediately so that we can give your "on hold" client first option to book you.

If we say you are "released" this means that the client has decided to not book you for that particular job. It is nice when clients tell us this in advance, however most of the time they do not tell us with much notice, or sometimes we just hear nothing. We apologize for this. We hate it too, however it is just a down side to being in this industry.

If you are "booked" this means that you have gotten the job.

If you are "direct booked" this means we were able to book you directly from your photos, no casting necessary.

WHETHER YOU ARE BOOKED OR DIRECT BOOKED, YOU HAVE GOTTEN THE JOB AND YOU ARE EXPECTED TO BE THERE AND BE PROFESSIONAL. *****WE DO NOT TOLERATE TARDINESS, CANCELLATIONS OR UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR AT ALL!*****

Whether it is a $100 booking or $1000 booking, cancellations or other unprofessional behavior is unacceptable and will force us to drop you from the agency. We appreciate and remember the talent that work for us no matter what the booking or rate is.

ONCE BOOKED, you will receive a "booking confirmation email" with all the details such as call time, location , wardrobe, rate etc. This is very important information and must be read thoroughly so that you are fully prepared for the job. (If for some reason you have not received your booking confirmation email and it's the night prior to the booking PLEASE check your spam folder, and if there is still nothing there, contact us. Do not assume that this means you do not go to your booking.)

After the job is complete, it may take up to 90 days for the agency to receive payment from the client, so please DO NOT contact us about your money within the 90 day grace period, your efforts will be ignored.  We do not hold funds at all, once payment is received from the client, we mail out checks the same day. Checks are mailed to the address on your W9, it is your responsibility to make sure your W9 has your current address on it (Form W9 can be accessed on the "Mandatory Paperwork Page and can be updated by you anytime, we will be alerted via email that you have done so).  If your address is incorrect and we need to resend you a check, there will be a $30 fee for the stop payment to be processed on the lost check.
